We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days. Shipping fee is $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include:

• Blouses: Due to hygiene reasons, blouses cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
• Jumpsuits: Jumpsuits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their intricate design and fitting requirements.
